My passion for meeting/event planning began while attending a home show at the GWCC in Atlanta circa 1999. A friend and I were walking down an aisle and suddenly, it hit me. Who manages these exhibits? Who runs this home show? How do all these companies know to come here? At that moment, I knew I needed to know, which led me to a career in the event/meeting/trade show/travel world.

 

It took six months to land my first corporate event planning job. For 24 years, I have had the distinct pleasure of serving clients across a broad range of industries managing sales conferences, annual meetings, events, executive retreats, incentives, and trade shows.

 

Along the way, I became a 3rd party planner adding Association and Social clients arranging holiday celebrations and receptions of all kinds.

 

In 2023, I expanded into Group Travel taking small groups (56 guests or less) to a variety of destinations across the United States from 2-10 days.

 

Nothing is more exciting than creating engaging guest experiences that strengthen relationships, exceed expectations, and demonstrate strong value for dollars spent.

Corporate and Association services include airport transfers, hotel contracts, welcome gifts and amenities, guest activities, agendas, run-of-show, cocktail receptions and dinners, spouse/partner programs, and event debrief.

 

Social client services include pre-planning meeting to obtain goals/vision, budget preparation, vendor management, guest list & invitations, on-site management, and event debrief.

 

Group Travel includes planning every aspect of the trip from the time it begins until you return home.
